RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our returns and exchanges policy below.

ONLINE PURCHASES

You may return eligible items purchased through our website within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused, unworn and in their original condition.
• Have all original tags and packaging attached.
• Be free from marks, damage, perfumes, makeup, alterations or signs of wear.
• Be returned within 14 days of receipt.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Personalised or bespoke products.
• Made-to-order items.
• Earrings and other pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons.
• Gift cards.
• Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return, please contact us at hello@alicerosebridal.com within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number.

Once your return request has been approved, you will be provided with instructions for returning your item.

RETURN POSTAGE

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during transit.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law or where goods are faulty.

EXCHANGES

Where stock is available, we are happy to exchange eligible items. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be offered instead.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

BRIDAL GOWN PURCHASES

Wedding dresses purchased in-store are not covered by this online Returns & Exchanges Policy. Bridal gown purchases are subject to separate terms and conditions provided and agreed to at the time of purchase.
